There is an issue with Amazon orders coming over with an incorrect, extended phone number that we have to manually adjust. Also an option to void a shipping label and syncing over order changes would be nice.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — we really appreciate it. Some Amazon orders may come through with anonymized phone numbers due to how Amazon exports order details. Recently, carriers like USPS now require a valid recipient phone number format, which can cause errors depending on the carrier and shipment.
While Shippo receives this information directly through the Amazon integration and can’t modify it automatically, updating the phone number manually often allows the label purchase to go through successfully.
For labels, while they can’t be voided directly in the app, you can request a refund for an unused label, which makes it ineligible for use.
We also appreciate your suggestion regarding syncing order updates from Amazon after import — feedback like this is shared with our Product team for future consideration.

The only reason I didn't do a 5* is because there's not many shipments in this free plan.

If you need to create more labels or want access to additional features, you can try our Pro plan with a 1-month free trial. After the trial, the Pro plan continues as a monthly subscription unless canceled.

We've been using Shippo for years. Most of it works great, but when trying to process multiple orders at once we almost always have a few fail and it causes a lot more work for us. Also wish they had a white list or default shipping method by default as we end up sometimes selecting the wrong one and having to refund label (wait 30 mins) then make another using the correct method.
Nice app that allows you to pay per shipment. This is ideal for business starting out that don't want to pay a monthly fee for a shipping app.

When it works, it works GREAT. However, the lack of USPS Media Mail support is really a bummer. I don't care if it is discounted or not, that method should still be offered as we use it quite frequently to ship books.
Secondly, there are some issues with Shopify and Shippo syncing IF a customer changes address information after placing an order. Shippo keeps the old info so you can incorrectly ship out packages. If you ship immediately this is not a problem.
Otherwise, Shippo is absolutely fantastic.
When you manually enter the weight for an item when you create a label, it automatically corrects and defaults to the weight of your 'default' item. Which can be annoying! You have to refresh the page after you make the label, then edit the weight to the correct amount. Just something I've noticed that could definitely be helpful to fix!

As with any partner or tool in your business, there is always room for improvement. That is the only reason we left only 4-Stars....They are not perfect, nor is any business, and there can be improvements that could make them even better!

Overall, this is a wonderful shipping app. We've been using it since the beginning, and it allows us to streamline communication with our warehouse, and keep track of all tracking information.
There are a few features we would like to see but the team has been quick to improve the application, so I'm sure it will continue to get better over the coming months.
