Saves us time and money. And the few time something goes wrong, customer support has been able to fix it every time within a couple of hours.
I had a few glitches getting Shippo to work with Canada Post, but that got straightened out in no time. Now I'm printing labels faster and cheaper than if I were to go to the post office.
Shippo really shines when it comes to customer support. They'll answer any question professionally and on time.
I also tried other shipping label apps, but the Shippo dashboard is by far the most intuitive.
Super easy to use and it just plain works. Customer support via email is very responsive. You can easily add your own shipping carrier account numbers if you have them. By default you can use the Shippo rates which are very good for small business. A+

Great app, helps us with shipping labels and return labels.
So far so good! Integration with Shopify seems to work really well, it even brings in orders that I create, in addition to customer created orders. Allows me to print professional looking labels on my thermal printer.
Very clean and user-friendly app. We've tried other shipping apps, but by far this is our favorite. The customer service is also excellent and always very helpful. This is one of our must-have Shopify apps. :)
Shippo makes shipping process very easy and fast. Highly recommended.
We loaded Shippo in August and so far are very pleased. There are some features we would like to see offered and have reached out to customer service, but on the whole I like the shipping costs offered and the customer service help & response time has been fantastic.
