The customer service is out of this world, they often answer within minutes, there is never any down time, the shipping is simple and easy to use and saves a ton of money. This was by far one of our favorite apps that we have ever installed. If you are looking for a way to save money on shipping and also support a wonderful company then this is the one to do it with! Works very well, and developers/support are quick to respond and look into issues. Could be the ultimate app if they had eBay import.

Requesting support would usually take long but not at all, it was a very fast response and they were very helpful!

We've been using Shippo for over 3 years now and average over 500 purchased labels/month. When I submit a help ticket, support responds within hours. Give your staff a raise Shippo!

We are about to enter our second Christmas sales cycle and Shippo allows us to handle shipping stress-free. There is so much to love: low shipping rates from multiple shipping carriers, low 5-cent per label fee, intuitive website, seamless integration with Shopfiy, prompt and cheerful customer service, and so much more!

Most recently, we received our first international order this week. Without thinking I first went to USPS.com to learn all about international shipping - and oh what a headache of forms, fees, regulations, and mind-blowing government red tape. Just to send our product overseas.

Then it hit me - "log into Shippo". Doh! I did and image my glee as I went through the normal steps for fulfilling my orders and international shipping was an option! Not only that, but they make sure all the proper forms are filled out, etc. It was so, so easy.

I'm thrilled to know companies like Shippo exist. This is the future of business, and companies like Shippo prove there is still good in humanity.

Shippo has worked really well for our small business. Orders are easy to fulfill in bulk and shipments are easy to track.

App works great and the prices are reasonable.

This app is a must if you have a lot of international shipments. It's inexpensive, extremely reliable, and very user friendly. Shippo is like the autopilot for shipping. I highly, highly recommend this app.

Definitely easier to use than shopify shipping but costs .05 cents more on average (shippos commission). Overall saves time and if you're processing a good amount of orders I'd definitely consider it as an option!
