I just started using Shippo and not only is it easy to use, the price is right! Five cents per label outweighs the inconvenience of having to copy pasta back and forth between two programs. Customer service is 5 stars. And their team of developers seem open to customer suggestions. Definitely an A++ recommend.

Been using it for 3 years now and am very satisfied. Customer service is fast and responsive, and the interface is excellent. It's actually easier for me to scan my unfulfilled orders in Shippo than Shopify (sorry Shopify).

I run an ecommerce and wholesale business, and Shippo has met all my needs. I tried converting to ShipStation at some point because it integrated better with another software, but ultimately found their interface too confusing to navigate. I like the simplicity of Shippo, and have always had good experiences with their highly responsive customer service team.

Amazing! Saves us SO much time and energy. It's a great platform for keeping track of shipments you've sent and keeping your customers happy! Its easy to fill out. We love it at drophook!

I looooove the simplicity of Shippo. It saves us plenty of time with our fulfillment. When we required a new feature added to the Shipments Export .CSV, Shippo was quick to add it. Amazing customer support!

This is not to say that they'll just add whatever you require, but the fact that they implemented even a simple little addition to their platform helped us tremendously.

We've been using Shippo for a few years now and it's saved us much time and money. In addition, we've been having difficulty setting up our UPS account with our Shippo/Shopify account and Adam, at Shippo, was able to link it up for us. So happy with the service. Excellent app!
