I find Shippo easy to use. We ship anywhere from a couple to 50 packages a day from our own store and Amazon. Both sync up well, and we get great rates whether we're shipping a couple of lip balms or 50 lbs of product to a wholesale account.

I have been with Shippo since 2018, and it has been the best company for my business shipping needs. Their platform is easy to use, and the prices always beat out USPS.

There is an issue with Amazon orders coming over with an incorrect, extended phone number that we have to manually adjust. Also an option to void a shipping label and syncing over order changes would be nice.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — we really appreciate it. Some Amazon orders may come through with anonymized phone numbers due to how Amazon exports order details. Recently, carriers like USPS now require a valid recipient phone number format, which can cause errors depending on the carrier and shipment.

While Shippo receives this information directly through the Amazon integration and can’t modify it automatically, updating the phone number manually often allows the label purchase to go through successfully.

For labels, while they can’t be voided directly in the app, you can request a refund for an unused label, which makes it ineligible for use.

We also appreciate your suggestion regarding syncing order updates from Amazon after import — feedback like this is shared with our Product team for future consideration.

We process a ton of in-store purchases that need shipping and unless we processed that sale through our online store, not logistically possible whatsoever for us, we couldn't access the deals Shopify had for our online orders. Shippo lets us ship out for such a good deal. 5/5. Great service.

Good place to ship standard items. If you are looking to ship tubes they really suck bad. You cannot enter girth so when you ship you will get charged a surcharge for your item. If you need to enter girth in order to ship better stay away otherwise you will get charged the surcharge.
Shippo does the ole well it was not our fault it was USPS's fault. You file a claim show proof your item was not oversize but you never get refunded for the overcharge. Support really sucks.

USPS applies additional handling and dimensional adjustments based on how packages are measured and processed within their network, and those charges can be assessed after a label is created, even when dimensions are entered correctly.

I have been using Shippo for years after tying a couple other platforms. Shippo is easy to use, even for someone not very tech savvy. I run a small business and I needed something that could scale with me as I grow. This platform has everything and plugs into shopify sites. 10/10

This USED to be a great program. Now, there are glitches all the time, and no one able to help you in real time. When I am trying to get merchandise to my customers, dealing with AI (which has not been successful to date) is not a reasonable option, nor is filing a report - which will take days to get a response on. It's been more than 7 years since I began using Shippo, and right now, I am eager to find a different provider. From the reviews, I can see that i am not the only one with issues.

The only reason I didn't do a 5* is because there's not many shipments in this free plan.
