A time saver from start to finish. A snap to implement and the clean intuitive interface makes day to day use just as easy. I would strong recommend to any shop looking to save time and money processing orders.

Update - have had some issues using DHL on Shippo. When I go to schedule a pick up it never works. Additionally using their account number to schedule a pick up it says Shippo's credit privileges with Shippo have been suspended. Support on the issue has been slow and their only suggestion is to go drop off the packages which is very time consuming.

If you are just using for USPS and domestic I'd say use shippo, but for int'l & DHL steer clear of Shippo.

This is a must have app. Not only is it easy to use once set up, the customer service is fantastic. I had a slight issue creating my first label and got a response from customer service within five minutes! Wow top notch! Highly recommend this app.

It was working great when I had it on test mode, I fulfilled my orders on shopify, then I went back to shippo and it marked the orders as shipped. Now that I am not on test mode, it automatically marks the order as shipped (and fulfilled on shopify) when I create the shipping label. Can this create confusion or make it hard to track which orders have actually shipped? Technically the order should not be marked as shipped until it leaves my home. I would love to hear from you guys. Overall its a great app.

I love Shippo app! It's extremely easy to use and it has the best rates (and I've checked many different options). Also, Shippo has great integration with Shopify and other apps, and orders appear right away in the system. For our tea subscription boxes it was very important to provide a return label for our customers. And with Shippo you can create a return label, but pay for it only if customer decided to use it, which is very convenient. 
For the international shipping Shippo pulls out all the product information for custom forms, which makes the whole process much faster.
 Can’t be happier!

I wanted to update my review because this app continues to be a true headache for my business and is costing me money. They recently changed the address on a label (I went back through and tested it) and I was on the hook for resending a customer their order. They blamed this on USPS and took no responsibility for their system removing/changing an entire building and unit number. This is a faulty app with even worse customer service.

I've been using Shippo for over a year now. I have given them too many opportunities to get it right. Customer service may as well be non-existent as they NEVER resolve any issues. I emailed them weeks ago regarding the issues with my packing slips printing the item quantity as 0 next to the product name. Their response was for me to change my Shopify settings on how my orders are fulfilled. My settings have been the same since launching my store, so why would I change how I fulfill my orders to accommodate this app?! There is a glitch in the Shippo system, and instead of their tech team figuring out what it is, they put the responsibility on me! Weeks later, the issue is still not resolved, so I have to manually so labels for international orders because they cannot calculate the weight without a quantity for customs.

Additionally, the USPS rates are high, and the app cannot link properly with my Fed Ex or UPS accounts. Their customer service response to this was "the process can be a bit finicky." UNREAL AND BEYOND FRUSTRATING! I have given them too many chances. Shippo is more headache than they are worth with their "finicky" system and non-existent customer service and tech team.

Been using it for 3 years now and am very satisfied. Customer service is fast and responsive, and the interface is excellent. It's actually easier for me to scan my unfulfilled orders in Shippo than Shopify (sorry Shopify).
