I had an amazing experience with Shippo's customer service! They followed through fixing a software interfacing issue between themselves and a third party app called Webinterpert.

If you need help with adding additional insurance, better shipping rates- this app is amazing!!! It has saved me. I send out high value orders overseas and within NA, and this makes it super easy!!! Incredible customer service, from quick email responses and even phone calls. I highly recommend this app.

Love that you pay per label/per use rather than a monthly rate. Access to great shipping rates. Superb customer service. Love this App for our little shop! Would love to see the ability to merge/combine orders in the future (for packing slip purposes and shipping multiple orders with one label/tracking number).

I have used Shippo for quite a while. Haven't had any issues so far. I like that it also works with ETSY, EBAY and other marketplaces. Shippo saves me from having to copy and paste the information. I have tried others but Shippo by far has been the best.

I have been using this company since I launched my store; and have seen them go thru some serious changes. Some for the better, some for the worse. Shopify Advanced plan gives better rates and ALSO offers insurance now; so ifso facto its either or. If I am at home I use them to print orders as shopify's are very specific to the printer you set up. I am filing a USPS claim for the items I sent out and will give an update on their procedures

Shippo has been so easy to use and their customer service is fantastic! I would recommend Shippo to anyone!

After having a good period without any real issues and decent priced, easy to use shipping, I now see that they have changed their "policies" and we am NO LONGER able to get commercial plus pricing. Yet, we received ZERO notice and I had to do quite a bit of digging to understand why rates went up $.65 per padded envelope (in essence the new pricing is standard (not commercial plus as advertised when I started using this APP) USPS 2018 pricing which begins Jan 21 with $.05 added on - not any great deal. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. Shopify really needs to get these apps to honor their agreements or boot them off the site.

After using the app for 2 weeks, I have encountered a label printing error and the management going back on its word. I was told they have a meet or beat pricing policy. I provided a lower shipping price for a particular box (and there are others). I was then told that it's an informal policy and they couldn't possibly match the price I provided. They also tried to tell me that it was an outdated price. When I insisted it wasn't, I was told that they can't possibly compete with a large, global company's rate and that I should understand as a small business person. I find it really reprehensible that a company doesn't honor its word - particularly since they are the ones who informed me of the meet or beat pricing policy. Moreover, I find it really manipulative that they then try to guilt me into giving them a pass by playing the "small business card." I have now had to involve Shopify and am waiting to hear from Shopify on how this is going to be resolved. If we can't trust the integrity and word of 3rd party app providers as store operators, I don't think they should be offering their services. User be forewarned that this company has absolutely no intention of honoring their so called "meet or beat" policy. They only have such a policy because they never expected they'd actually have to honor it. By the way the statement above, "We have the best discounted rates on USPS, hands down" is clearly false advertising. If this is how I treated my customers, I wouldn't have any.

I've been using Shippo since the beginning of 2015 and I literally couldn't be happier that I've stuck with it. Shippo has the best rates compared to any other app and the user interface is very user friendly. I would recommend this to anyone starting a Shopify store.

Before trying Shippo, I used usps.com, then stamps.com, then another shipping app made for Shopify. None of them saved me money on shipping, despite their claims. Shippo is the only app I've used that actually saves me a noticeable amount! It's easy to use, keeps track of everything in case you forget to record it for your bookkeeping records, and automatically updates your Shopify orders with tracking info, so that Shopify can send your customer shipping notification with tracking. I've looked at Shopify's new shipping app and as it stands today, Shippo is still better!

Just want to say that we're still using and LOVING Shippo. I can't believe it's been two years already, but what a huge difference they've made for our business. Shipping is streamlined and has saved us an incredible amount of money these last two years. We still highly recommend them!!!
