Shippo really made shipping orders with my website seamless. Having to type in every address from every order was tedious so being able to connect the two really saves me time.
The app does what it's supposed to and I've had no issue with it overall. What I am unhappy with is that it's supposed to be "free" with 0.5c charged per label which is absolutely false. If you have an account with FedEx and based in Canada, you will be charged an arm and a leg for printing labels through Shippo, which sucks when you're a small business just starting out. Tried to get in touch with customer service to find out what is the % that I am charged for every label, since it's been clearly impossible to predict how much I will be charged *before* I buy the label. I was put on "hold" for 40 minutes after which I got an email telling me that the customer representative "had to run"... and the person taking over didn't even bother actually helping me out. Needless to say, I am not impressed.

With that said, at this time, our FedEx Referral Program is for US based customers. We will definitely take this feedback to our team to ensure we incorporate any FedEx options made available to us for Canada based customers when possible.

Have tried others with monthly subscriptions. For small order amounts this is the best app so far. Keep up the good work!
We started using Shippo in July and thought it was great. It saved us time and money in handling fulfillment. But the real test came as we hit this year's holiday rush. Shippo saved us more time and more money and made this year's holiday rush our most efficient one yet. THANK YOU SHIPPO!
Very easy to set up, and use. Has option for 4x6 labels which is a must if you ship a lot.
Saves us time and money. And the few time something goes wrong, customer support has been able to fix it every time within a couple of hours.
Great, if you're managing a single store. Managing multiple stores with this app doesn't work well at the moment (6-28-14)
I had a few glitches getting Shippo to work with Canada Post, but that got straightened out in no time. Now I'm printing labels faster and cheaper than if I were to go to the post office.
Shippo really shines when it comes to customer support. They'll answer any question professionally and on time.
I also tried other shipping label apps, but the Shippo dashboard is by far the most intuitive.
Super easy to use and it just plain works. Customer support via email is very responsive. You can easily add your own shipping carrier account numbers if you have them. By default you can use the Shippo rates which are very good for small business. A+
Great app! enough said! It is really easy to use, support is amazing and reliable, I don't think I would switch anytime soon
