It is extremely easy to use and would recommend it! We had tried another shipping app but just too many clicks and hoops to jump through to get to printing labels. Support is great too -- I've had a few questions and they were answered within a few hours.

Shippo is the easiest and best shipping app out there ! I am a canadian business and I have been using it for a year. I have tried a few at the beginning and I fell in love with Shippo. It's easy to use, I love the interface, I can print my labels but also my customs documents in on place, and all that at an excellent price.
I have had to use support a month ago to help with a problem in the system after a change in Shopify and the support was fast and courteous and the problem was solved quickly.
I recommand this app higly !

I love Shippo! Easy to use and good shipping rates. I especially like the ability to split orders into multiple packages. When I've run into trouble and not known how to do something I've just requested a call and they actually call me back within a few minutes. Great service.

We reviewed a few different shipping apps and went with Shippo because it was very intuitive and suited our size and needs in terms of ease of use and price. I was worried that there was only email support as opposed to phone or chat, but their email support team has been amazing.
