Yes! Yes! ...I definitely recommend Shippo. It was so easy to install (less than 5 minutes) and very easy to use. No guess work-no headaches; trying to make it work or how to use it. It looked at my open order and prompt me through a series of questions and produced a label ready to print from my desktop printer. After I mailed my package, I checked Shippo only to see Shippo had already started tracking my package. How great is that.
All I had left to do was to input the tracking number to my customer's email. It was my first online order and Shippo took the problem I was having from another app into a "no worries" experience. Shippo did not make false promises. I haven't been asked by them yet for a review, but I wanted other Shopify Newbies to know about this app.
Was excited to be able to create return labels that only bill when scanned and this app claims to do that. Even talked a little bit with support via e-mail about how best to accomplish this.
I had a little trouble initially, but it was because they wanted proof of identity. Admittedly, a little annoying, but understandable considering how much weird crap is sent through the mail these days.
I've been very pleased with the service. The Shippo-provided USPS rates are pretty good, and our UPS account plugged right in. The best part are the pay-on-use return labels which are excellent, because many of our customers don't actually get around to sending the item back they request to return.
Overall very happy. I would recommend.

We definitely recommend this app to all shop owners. Not only does Shippo fill out shipping forms for you, but it communicates with Shopify to send fulfillment notices to our customers (with tracking) and archive the order. The way orders are listed on Shippo is actually more helpful than Shopify's presentation of orders. Shippo lists the items that were ordered, which Shopify does not. I find this immensely helpful. Also, I set up the app and sent an international order to Japan within 15 minutes. Not bad! Thanks Shippo!
I needed help with international shipping and Chris walked me through the process on the phone. I feel much more confident sending packages overseas with Shippo.
