everything worked fine until, I had a major issue with a label that the tracking was clearly a duplicate tracking of someone else's shipment. I purchased the label on 01/17/2020, shipping from Pennsylvania to Australia. When I checked the automated email sent to my customer five minutes after purchasing the label I noticed that the tracking showed "Delivered" how is this possible? the tracking reflected a shipment from the UK to California and delivery date was March 2019. Clearly this makes no sense and my local post office had never seen this before and advised for me to contact shippo, well, 4 emails later and no response they rejected refund for that label. How is it possible that they can't connect the dots? if they can see that I purchased a label from the US to Australia with a shipping date of 01/17/2020, but the tracking shows THAT SAME DAY that the item tracking shows the following:

We've used Shippo for years and are very happy with it. It seems like they have negotiated better rates than Shopify so we're saving money on shipping, as far as we can tell. Their support team is fantastic; very knowledgable and easy to get a hold of. The one thing we wish they could offer is the ability to ship multiple boxes for one order and consolidate the tracking numbers. All in all, we are very happy with Shippo!
The Great North
We tried out shippo for a couple days, decided our current shipping program was better, so we uninstalled shippo. Shippo has been charging us $50 a month ever since.
*P.S. Shippo* - Refund the money you've stole or we will initiate chargebacks.

As mentioned in the email, uninstalling the Shippo app from Shopify does not deactivate your Shippo account, that still needs to be requested through Shippo (sorry for the confusion there!).
