Una volta capito come funzione e impostato fa il suo dovere, si interfaccia con il market place, genera le LDV e invia i dati ai market place, semplifica molto le operazioni quando si hanno più market place e più vettori.

Piattaforma collegata al nostro negozio on line su shopify. Fa il suo dovere. Assistenza dello staff sempre ottima, precisa e puntuale.
Ottima gestione dell'assistenza con operatore per chat, sempre molto disponibili e risolutivi. Per il momento ci troviamo bene.

There are many good features about the app in terms of automating my shipping label printing, however, their customer service is not very responsive. Also, they time stamp all their emails with the EU date format which has been very confusing for my American customers. They definitely need to fix this issue.

Piattaforma funzionale al momento (14/02/24), la utilizziamo tutti i giorni e siamo su un piano Professional Annuale.
Costa molto sinceramente per essere un servizio solo per prenotare le lettere di vettura.

Stanno pianificando il rilascio della "nuova esperienza" e l'ho provata per un paio di giorni, ma mancano molte funzionalità chiave , ad esempio il "Global search".

Se in futuro verremo ...

Very very good app...perfectly integrated with Shopify, so fast so good, The only thing they need to get better is their support, that basically seems not exist, i tried to contact them so many times to implement other courieers but nobody replied and in the end i realized that they get paied for this service, thing that i really dont understand, since now im using those curieer outside their app
