This is great app to take care of all your shipping needs in one place. I really like it because of the simplicity and if you have a problem the support is great and quick. Great app for an online boutique

Wonderful way to ship. Great App

ShipRobot started saving us time and money from the first day we started using it. The developer team is quick to respond to bugs and update requests. They are in a constant state of improving this product. I submitted a request for a need we had and they had made the change and update the product in less than 24 hours. Excellent product and company!!!

ShipRobot has saved us so much time with shipping. I can now process orders in 1/8 of the time it previously took me by using either the glitchy Paypal Canada Post label maker or the mega time consuming Canada Post copy/paste system. Wish I was using shopify and ShipRobot when we first opened our online store. So thankful to have them now. ShipRobot's customer service is amazing and very responsive.

I really like this app. The support has been super and it is so much faster to use than entering info repeatedly through UPS. Just wish it allowed me to schedule a pick up. Support has been fast and helpful.

Saves a ton of time. Easy to use, good support, and the price is right. A winner.

We have had ShipRobot for many years. The app is great - when it works. Unfortunately when it doesn't work, support is non-existent. We've submitted 3 tickets and a personal email in the past 2 weeks without any reply and the app doesn't work, resulting us to have to manually enter freight info. We've had downtimes in the past, that took longer than expected to be resolved, and previously they also had a data breach to which no specifics were given. It's currently not working, they have no phone number to call, so this is the only way I feel we can get any form of attention. Besides a non working app is 0 stars, not even 1. Going to have to start searching for an alternative, or just bite the bullet and direct through Shopify, despite their freight discount not being as robust as ours.

Amazing app for shipping. The price is the only deterrent, but it was everything we expected and more while the trial lasted.
