ShipRobot ‑ Shipping Labels

We have had ShipRobot for many years. The app is great - when it works. Unfortunately when it doesn't work, support is non-existent. We've submitted 3 tickets and a personal email in the past 2 weeks without any reply and the app doesn't work, resulting us to have to manually enter freight info. We've had downtimes in the past, that took longer than expected to be resolved, and previously they also had a data breach to which no specifics were given. It's currently not working, they have no phone number to call, so this is the only way I feel we can get any form of attention. Besides a non working app is 0 stars, not even 1. Going to have to start searching for an alternative, or just bite the bullet and direct through Shopify, despite their freight discount not being as robust as ours.

We rely heavily on ShipRobot, and have high confidence in it. It is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, which continuously saves time and prevents otherwise easy to make errors. Our team highly recommends ShipRobot.

I've tried many of the shipping apps but this one gets it right and at a very fair price. It is fast and simple with an intuitive interface. Great job ShipRobot!!
