Worst support shiprocket has. I created an account on shiprocket and started placing orders, but COD money was not coming to us. We checked and found Invalid bank. It was not clear that what is invalid. Talked to customer care and they said your bank refused to accept money, but bank was saying there was no request came to them. Shiprocket is not for eCommerce Startups, as in the name of automation they will fleece you of, by charging overweight charges. Knowing the product only weigh 600gms, in the name of automation by courier partners they will overcharge you make money in hand with courier partners. No one will support you in fighting it out for you/startup. Go direct with courier companies.
