We've been using Shiprocket for well over two years now and we've been extremely happy with the overall support and services offered. The clean and easy to understand dashboard is comprehensive yet makes it very easy to train our staff to use. The one-on-one support provided by Harshita from their team has always ensured the entire experience to be hassle free and enjoyable.
PREVIOUSLY THE SERVICE WAS FAR FAR BETTER BUT THE PAST 3 MONTHS THE SERVICE HAS GONE DONE.... BE IT IN TERMS OF PICK-UP(LATE PICK-UP) OR BE IT CALLING TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (IF WE ASK FOR A COMPLAINT NUMBER AGAINST ANY COMPLAINT THEN THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT)...
WE FEEL YOU HAVE TO WORK HARDER TO BRING YOUR SERVICES BACK UP-TO THE MARK.....

horrible app. the team is completely fraudulent. they do not follow their contract. no account manager bothers to take calls or reply. they owe us lakhs as they have lost so many of our shipments. i am fed up of this app.

Shiprocket is good in their services and rectifies the issue in some days but it needs some more improvements in their system
we are done with ship rocket after 3 years. They are just getting worst day by day. Asking for simple help and they are taking days to solve it.
It's been more than a month, and no resolution has been given on many tickets.
Their customer service is really poor, and day by day it is getting poorer.
I m pretty sure after this review I will get a call and a fake promise will be given that I will be given help, and at the end of the day he or she will ask to change my rating.

great experience !!!there has been some hiccups recently and all those issues were solved by key account manager Gurjot that have been recently assigned to my account . He is really patient and solved all the problems i had .
