Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

I have been using Shiprocket since 3.5 years and it has been a good experience.

We use shiprocket for almost all our shipping needs. The automated integration with Shopify makes using it just seamless. Also like them for their lower that usual shipping charges.

It works well, account management is great, pickups and delivery is timeline and UX UI of their dashboard for syncing and order tracking is pretty smooth. The communication for the buyers is also great. Overall satisfied with their service.

Good customer service support

I am very much happy with my current manager drishti, shes very much supportive and promt in answering my calls and queries. Till date she has solved all my issues on priority basis. Kuddos to her!
