Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

***Pathetic Support. Don't Use This App.***
The app is good but Shiprocket's Operations and Support are pathetic.
Being an aggregator it is your responsibility to help your customers but it seems like everyone is Shiprocket team is just not ready to take any initiative.
We open support tickets and your support team closes them without resolution. There are miss-commitments for providing resolutions. There is no one at ship rocket that listens. You will just get a runaround. Don't waste your time.

We have had a good experience with the technical team and shipping aspects of the app. They are constantly upgrading their services.

Updated Review: Total 3 weight discrepancies were raised and 2 of them were resolved. 1 was not handled in proper way and was simply rejected.

After integrating shiprocket with shopify our order processing is working very smoothly. This is a great service. It saves our time and energy. Very well-developed and easy to integrate.

But the only problem is delaying pick up, will not prefer for urgent orders.

Why is there no option to deactivate the account fully also if we call support the experience is not good at all.
