The support is the most pathetic. There is a lost shipment which has been 'Shiprocket Secured' and shipped on March end via Indiapost. The shipment was lost. After escalating the issues, they take 3 months of time postponing the response and close the ticket claiming the shipment has been delivered. We have used shiprocket over 2 months and there is no worst delivery aggregator that shiprocket genuinely
Useless Weight Discrepancies. They literally have set up their people in company's systems for raising fake discrepancies.
I was in contact with Mr. Anmol as a Key account manager from shiprocket and he commits something, and never does it. Does not pick the calls, do not reply on whatsapp. ...

Worst Customer service ever. Not supportive to sellers and close the tickets as per their convenience without resolution. Weight charges are the biggest problem with them and delay in COD remittance

Very poor service. Staff is rude and they never have solutions for anything. So many lost package and no solutions after that too. No delivery on time, Most of the time I have received my COD Remittance after 15-20 days. My customers received different products than we have sent and they take no responsibility for that too. PATHETIC SERVICE.

horrible app. the team is completely fraudulent. they do not follow their contract. no account manager bothers to take calls or reply. they owe us lakhs as they have lost so many of our shipments. i am fed up of this app.

UPDATE:

2 years since we have been using shiprocket and the situation remains the same. Please avoid using such aggregators and its better to tie up with a direct courier partner, if you wish to have ANY access to real people and not bots. The KAM refuses to acknowledge any emails/ the average TAT for even acknowledging tickets is 4-5 days in a world where fast delivery is key! Lost packages ...
