We use shiprocket for almost all our shipping needs. The automated integration with Shopify makes using it just seamless. Also like them for their lower that usual shipping charges.

I have been using Shiprocket since 3.5 years and it has been a good experience.

It works well, account management is great, pickups and delivery is timeline and UX UI of their dashboard for syncing and order tracking is pretty smooth. The communication for the buyers is also great. Overall satisfied with their service.
