WORST customer service. They don't reply to you for months, charge false weights, misdelivery orders. When you raise queries, they don't solve issues fairly and they take weeks/months to resolve simple queries. They say they reply within 24 hours, however, an auto-reply is sent via bots after 24 hours. Personal escalation points are useless since they don't respond on time.

Shiprocket team without our approval changed our plan from Basic to Advanced plan and sent invoice of Rs.12744, and our account was suspended as payment was due. Shows low rates and then will charge 5 to 10 times the actual weight & dimensions.
Shipment images with dimensions & measured weights are also not accepted.
They will randomly charge any weight they like & there is no way to get the issue addressed.

1) Account manager never picks the call
2) on most of shipment they charges extra on weight discrepancy which is not real
