I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shiprocket. Despite the fact that my order was successfully delivered to the customer, I attached an image for proof, Shiprocket dashboard still showed the order as undelivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer support team to resolve this issue, but it seems that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. To make matters worse, when I received the shipment back, it contained a completely different product than what was originally sent, because obviously the customer already received the order. This is a clear indication of negligence and mishandling of the order. I am utterly unsatisfied with the lack of control over shipments and poor service provided by Shiprocket. And this is not the first time I've faced this issue, there are several different issues like lost shipment, undelivered shipment wtc with their service. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

My issue is that RTOs are being sent to my suppliers' addresses, not mine. The proof you provided is of their receiving, not mine. On my Shiprocket dashboard, I've provided my address accurately everywhere: "A-683, Gali No-15, Part 2nd, First Pusta Sonia Vihar, East Delhi, Delhi, India, 110090." Despite this, RTOs are still being sent to incorrect addresses.
Only a few RTOs are reaching there, while others are going elsewhere. I've already informed your internal team multiple times that occasionally I receive 6-7 RTOs at my address. I need all RTOs delivered here, as it has always been stated. I'm not sure what's being done.
This is precisely the issue I've been highlighting in my emails, which is causing me immense frustration. Despite repeatedly informing you via calls and emails to at least stop sending RTOs until the issue is resolved, it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Even today, an RTO was sent, and who knows where it ended up. The AWB is "344789357475." It's absurd that despite my constant complaints, RTOs continue to be dispatched incorrectly. Your system is flawed, and then you state that if there's no response within 48 hours, the ticket will close. Am I expected to send emails for every single RTO daily? Despite my complaints, there's been no response, and despite my request to stop sending RTOs, there's still no response.
Initially, when I noticed two RTOs marked as delivered but not received, I contacted your customer support. They initially claimed there was an issue with the address, but when I checked my dashboard, everything was correct. After they verified, they admitted the address was indeed correct and suggested I might have updated it after the RTO issue arose, assuring me that future RTOs would be sent to the right address. I let it go at that time since it was just about two RTOs, but now the number has exceeded 30, causing daily frustration.
I have already shared screenshots before, and I have shared screenshots over the call. If necessary, I can even provide remote access to my system, although I believe you can check this yourself. I just want a solution, no more excuses, and no more wasted time.
Please do not repeat the previous excuses. I urge you to conduct a proper investigation, or I will take this matter to consumer court. I cannot bear further losses due to your errors.
My demands are:
Immediate investigation and correction of this issue.
Delivery of all pending RTOs to my address without further delay.
Compensation for any losses incurred due to your system errors.
Please conduct a thorough investigation and, if necessary, call me to resolve this issue quickly. I am unable to scale my business due to this ongoing problem. I need the RTOs delivered to my address or a refund for those sent elsewhere. Just fix the problem and collect any details you need from me to do so.

these shipments has been delivered to the customers via India post. I checked with customers and India post official tracking site.
Have raised multiple tickets, still didn't get any proper solution. I'm tired of it. Pathetic service.
29/10/2024 Update: Still didn't get any proper response from their side. I still didn't get the COD remittance.
Closing my account with them today. Worst service. and there are Fools and stupid people sitting on customer care, they will tell you the status of your package, ticket and concern what you can already see on dashboard. No Solution. comapny pays them just to say Sorry. I don't know how they say sorry to so many customers and collect paycheck and go home. probably that's only they are good for and are suitably employed by company. Noone ever solves anything including their senior managers who are just more experienced in saying sorry in better language and authority and that even they have escalated the issue. To whom, no one knows and nothing happens. The tickets are shown resolved after 48 hrs having done Nothing. Most pathetic service. Have had enough now.

Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. I have been using Shiprocket for years. not because I want to, but because I am forced to, as there aren't any alternatives. All those problems that were there when I started using Shiprocket are still there. This means that they have no plans to change. They will deliver 80% of your orders without any hassle. The remaining 20% will get undelivered, with fake delivery attempts. They don't have any leverage over these couriers like Delihivery and Amazon-Masters of Fake attempts for COD. And those 20% undelivered orders are enough to give you massive headaches and unwanted criticism from Customers. As a Brand, this alone will tarnish our reputation. Though they are coming up with new offerings, everything is based on their core offering as Courier Aggregators- And they have failed miserably in this. Frustrating. Head-Ache Inducing.Pathetic. Good for Nothing Customer Care will ask for 24-48 hrs to find the solution- and that solution will be RTO, with the hungry Courier Companies charging you for sending the package back to us. Just think about it- They show the audacity to take shipping charges, make fake attempts, and charge us for RTO, thus making us pay for their mistake. It's a minimum loss of 200 Rs per order. Just Imagine how it will affect our business. There will be thousands of Sellers with this same experience. I hope their CEO sees this comment. I hope they correct themselves. But, all these years of my terrible experience suggest that they won't change. What a Pity!!!

They would deduct money from your wallet for no reason, so be careful.
Any complaint to them is like fighting with pigs, they like their immoral tactics.

The support is the most pathetic. There is a lost shipment which has been 'Shiprocket Secured' and shipped on March end via Indiapost. The shipment was lost. After escalating the issues, they take 3 months of time postponing the response and close the ticket claiming the shipment has been delivered. Even after submitting the voice recoridng of the customer claiming that no one has contacted him, they just repeat the statement that it has been delivered without giving any proof. We understand that shipments can be lost occassioanlly. But what is the purpose of charging extra money in the name of 'Secure Shipment' if they just want to waste months of customer's time in following up and try to dodge with false claims.

Horrible Service, no form of accountability and/or responsibility of their actions. They mention fake delivery attempts, courier guy doesnt even go to their address and writes fake reasons of non-delivery such as COD not ready, customer not available.
Horrible, unethical company. Customer support are all robots saying the same 2 things : sorry for the inconvenience caused and we have escalated your issue. Nobody is there to solve the actual problem.
Please don't use their services. Shutting my account after my second shipment only.
Never think about trying them. There are lots of shady stuff they are doing. Please try to use direct courier company for your business.

Damaged Products: Your product worth ₹998 was damaged, and they claimed no responsibility. you discribe insurance policies more clearly.
Delayed Shipments: If most of your shipments (out of 15) were delayed, it reflects poor service quality.
Promise Tag: A promise tag usually indicates that a company commits to delivering within a certain time frame.
