WORST app with most inconsiderate customer support. They don't care about getting order delivered. Their system flaws initiates RTO by themselves. They also don't take any action on it because they make more money out of undelivered shipments.

We have been working with Shiprocket for 3-4 years now. They are currently one of the best Freight aggregators for domestic e-commerce
The app is very convenient and also Sarika helps us if we face any difficulty.
Also, the panel is easy to use.

They are best when it comes to providing new features every month. Their panel is easy-to use and they provide personal account manager which in my case is Rajesh & he is really helpful with all the things. Blessed that we found shiprocket as our shipping aggregator♥️

Gurjot Bhela is our new manager who has been assigned to us from the month of September.
The services provided are really good and efficient.
One feedback for Shiprocket is that if you are doing 5k-6k shipments monthly, it becomes really costly.

The experience is really good with shiprocket and the account manager Bhanuvendra is really helpful and guides us very much in all the works and management.
We had a fairly difficult start with Shiprocket. The Shopify orders would automatically sync. But arranging for pickups on time, packages being randomly made RTO and unfair weight discrepancy charges had almost made us stop using the platform. Our requests to Shiprocket support would take a long time to get a human response.
However, in the last couple of months. We were assigned a dedicated account manager (Gurjot Bhela) and things seem to have become better. In spite of lockdowns across several states, Gurjot has been been there to help and support us and always does more than what his job requires him to do, be it helping out on holidays or late at nights. This has helped us streamline our operations.
Still, there is always room for improvement, especially with the Shopify Panel. Allowing splitting of shipments for orders created from Shopify, automatically integrating Shopify Warehouses with Shiprocket Pickup locations, having default values set for shipment dimensions, inheriting changes made on Shopify orders into the Shiprocket panel to name a few.
That being said, it is a good tool when you handle a large shipment volume like us. I recommend them for a mid to large sized company.
