Worst App, shiprocket Destroy my business, no one pickup the orders contact directly ship company,Wost app
Pros: Cutting edge tech app; Well integrated User friendly interface; Logistic charges are not too high; Daily pickups.
Cons: Low manpower->slow response and action; High no. of weight discrepancies on even freezed SKUs; insufficient client support on FAKE ATTEMPTS.
I am using Shiprocket from last 1 year and would like to share my overall experience with you guys. Below are the Pros and Cons of using Shiprocket App with my Shopify Store:
Pros:
Seamless Integration with my website with great UI and features.
Multiple Courier partners at one place.
Lower Shipping Rates.
No Manual courier Management.
International Shipping with tracking features like Domestic shipping.
Detailed Reporting feature.
Cons:
Support is not up to the mark.
Sometimes, technical issues arises. But sometimes.
Sometimes Delay in courier Pickup and delivery. Well this case is not there with their Fedex and Bluedart partners.
Well, I am giving them 4 stars here because they have solved the real problem of logistics in eCommerce with the amazing product they have. I completely understand that in service industry, it is hard to get full satisfaction in terms of support.
Why is there no option to deactivate the account fully also if we call support the experience is not good at all.

We are using this app for a while and shipped 6000+ shipments with their tool. We are on Enterprise plan and been assign with dedicated support manager Mr. Sanjay Malik. I must say he is responsive to any issue we have and trying to solve that on priority basis. Still, there is a room for improvement for their dashboard and if they work on, this platform will become the default shipment dashboard for Indian sellers for sure. We are recommending this tool for bulk orders placement. It's easy and user friendly.

Worst customer care support. There is no price edit option. No reply to the support ticket. Use Pickrr instead. At least the prices are lower than this shiprocket.

We would like to inform you that the rates which are available on the panel under all the plans are tentative and the final freight charges you will get after adding the details like delivery address/ weight and Payment Mode. I tried this app for a day and booked 3 orders, none of which were picked up even 4 days later. Even the customer care has no clarity about the issue. This is only going to create more angry customers. I would recomen using another app or directly collaborating with Delhivery or Ecom.

Initially had trouble integrating with Shiprocket but their technical team (Arav) was super responsive and helped me resolve the issue in no time! Would highly recommend to other sellers in India
Horrible service, we booked a delivery after chasing for a week no one came to pickup. Call center has same answer today it will be picked up thats all. Horrible Horrible service. Dont download. They are cheats
