Shiprocket provides multiple amazing features, early cod, NDR Management etc. Additionally account manager Sanchit is really helpful.

Overall I would like to give shiprocket 3 stars. The reason is there user interface is not that good. Also, there are many things they need to work on. I gave 1 extra star for my account manager Aman Grover. He has been very helpful and patiently explaining everything to us. I will update my review if shiprocket improve there user interface. Otherwsie I am satisfied with overall performance.

It's good that there is finally an app available for shiprocket - makes working simpler and organized.
However, I've had a little trouble with the shipping rates in the past - shipping for the same address, through the same vendor cost differently.
There's no standardization with the pricing, especially because shipping outside of the app costs usually one-sixth the price.
Apart from that, the working (and website) is average, no serious complaints per say. The service is alright since they provide a training session for new users - that's good!

No Doubt Worst Customer SErvice. They charge a plan but unable to delivery. Then one day suddenly they send the invoice of 5612, invoice as discrepancy charges. A package of 5.4 kg, was wrongly classified by Shiprocket as 54kg, Where the logistic partner is not capable to take anything more than 10kg.
raising request with virtual customer support will not result anything.
Call their call center and a standard voice recording will come, you are in queue, waiting time is 5 minutes, to discourage your call.
We had to leave them.

We have been requesting your support team to help, with no response and hence stopped doing business.
We have 12 different stores on Shopify, and wanted to extend shiprocket services, however got stuck with it. Currently have stopped doing any business with them.
31st July: Pathetic feedback. Chat no response, Phone no response, Raise ticket no response. Took Pro plan, and all inventory has become out of stock. Frustrated with shiprocket. Handful of two resource, Gaurav for sales or Abhishek for ticket!!!

Good shipping company to ship your orders locally. Many courier company at one place. Rates are also cheap.
