Very bad experience they will not pay for your disputes and close them without informing you.
They also make a lot of delayed delivery and delayed pickups.
Trying to find an alternative.

Worst service. Always delays in pickup. Courier agencies wont get proper pickup dates from shiprocket which leads to pick delays. Customer service is much worst. they wont listen exact contest and always responds with autoreplies. every shipment has to reachout customer care or help to get it picked.

It lacks feature where it automatically fills shipment AWB number in shopify once courier partner is selected.

They find ways to make money. 14500 rs weight disputes or less than 200 orders a month. That's how they treated us when we decided to stop using shiprocket & move to a new company

Total useless support, they totally depend on their courier partners. They can take their own decision. If you Google this company you will come to know that they heavily change on the name of weight discrepancy and your wallet amount just finish. After that, you create tickets one after another, and they don't listen. Please don't take the services of Shiprocket you will regret it like me and other customers. FRAUD COMPANY !! BEWARE !! WHEN I HAD FRAUD return in RTO. They refuse to investigate. When I have lost parcel they refuse to investigate. they keep making excuses to not investigate.

never trust shiprocket, they charges many hidden charges than show the amount, first they charges more shipping charges than others, misrouted products, stolen products, than from 100 almost 60 times they without try delivery attampt automatically change status RTO, when you receive parcel of RTO, they change products, some times sent empty parcels just papers into parcles for show they deliverd RTO shipment, when you try to contact them they disapprove your claim, also they send less money in your account than your COD shipments they delivered, always check 2 times your cod payment account beacuse they sent less money aginst your COD shipment delivered amount, when you try to contact their customer support they always say they are some hidden charges they don't know. never use this. this is big SCAM of shiprocket.

wrost company, waste of time & money . they misrouted shipments and when you call them they never refund your money and theft your products. also stolen your money of cod orders, big scam inside.

Worst experience in Delivery & Shipping through shiprocket. I will personally never recommend anybody to add or connect app of shiprocket on shopify. The courier will be lying in your office for days and they (Shiprocket) don't even bother to check if the parcel is taken from your office or dropped to the proper client address.

Useless App.. for ecommerce in India. Steal Products and very high weight discrepancies compared to all other individual companies
