Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

Very poor delivery service.
3 delivery attempts were marked failed, but no call was received by the customer even once.
Still the reason shows “Customer refused”, which is completely incorrect.
Such false updates are unacceptable and harm seller and customer trust.
