Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

last month almost we have lost our 5 shipment cost somewhere around 30k but they just refund maximum 5k amount and our product cost is arounf 14k each.... please be aware if you are using ship rocket bec nowadays only fraud happening with the supplier ... Shiprocket we are using from last 3+ years and our experiance was good but from last 1 year they are crazy ... so many issue we are facing 1. Shipment never ever get delivered on time
2. always fake updates from NDR shipment
3. Shipment lost issue more than 5 shipments within a month from

Overall good experience Acct manager Bhanu helped us alot with rto reducing and managing easy pickup.

technical department of shiprocket is working very good and yashika from that department shows step by step guidence for channel intigration with shiprocket.

Amazing service, Palak is one of their best Techincal Support Person, I loved their service, very supportive and helpful.

not working properly i am trying from so many days but sadly order is not syncing itself and when i go to the manual one then it after all processing done by me then it shows that to ship and print label n all

they have the best interface no doubt very easy to go through each function. but we have been facing so many problems regarding weight discrepancies and weight freeze regarding shiprocket. A suggestion please provide a segment where you provide video for small business how to process with packaging and avoid discrepancies
