Using it since almost 2 years now. Perfect for all in one shipping solution.
Things are getting better with Shiprocket. Especially with the escalation and the senior team helping with certain issues namely Deepak and Farha. They are extremely helpful and we are grateful for their support and prompt responses. The customer care team is quite helpful as well. I hope for these fake attempt deliveries, NDR issues, Panel Issues and Refund Issues to be sorted soon so we can continue a healthy collaboration with them.

We have been using Shiprocket with our Shopify store for a while now, and overall its been a great experience. The platform is user-friendly and provides detailed analytics, helping us to keep track of shipping costs and performance.
Worst shipping partner for new ecom buisness.
We have been using shiprocket for 2 months now. Extremely poor service and support.
We have so many orders where customers say no one came for delivery but the courier marks as customer refused. Shiprocket doesn't help.
Have 10+ orders in last one week that have been marked returned to seller, but I haven't got even one of them back. Shiprocket does nothing.
This app will seem like a goldmine at first but will eat up your money and you'll be left asking for some relief.

these shipments has been delivered to the customers via India post. I checked with customers and India post official tracking site.
Have raised multiple tickets, still didn't get any proper solution. I'm tired of it. Pathetic service.
29/10/2024 Update: Still didn't get any proper response from their side. I still didn't get the COD remittance.

As we discussed on the call, the shipments have been updated as delivered and you will receive the COD remittance for these shipments as soon as the COD remittance is processed by the courier (India Post) to us. It is ever best solution for our shipping partner. the manager "Jujhar" and "Shashank" - The support is awesome! even they are at office or outside they keep the work with them everywhere also the experience with this logistic partner is too good for us whether we talk about rates, service or anything!
It works well, account management is great, pickups and delivery is timeline and UX UI of their dashboard for syncing and order tracking is pretty smooth. The communication for the buyers is also great. Overall satisfied with their service.
