Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

I have been using Ship Rocket for my business for the past several months, and I must say, I am extremely impressed with this logistics software app. It has made shipping and order fulfilment so much easier and more efficient for me. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are extensive, allowing me to manage my shipments, track deliveries, and automate several processes.
The customer support is also top-notch - they are always prompt, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues that I face. especially Mr Naveen Singh my key account manager, who has been a blessing as we never have to worry about anything related to logistics as he goes above and beyond in resolving any issues that we face

App and service is really good. Only problem is the communication regarding services available under each plan, Always get things in written, their team tell you something and then deliver something else. Service is good, so you want to stick to them despite the blunder in commitments made.
