Very helpful support staff. Easy to set up and you can create variants that update all your FAQ pages so that shipping message is the same. The only thing is, there is no true way to segment out traffic from new vs. returning users, so everything is randomized traffic.
Helped me make our shipping and logistics more profitable and increase AOV. Highly recommend running a test.
