Easy to use for any level of business. We use daily for USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL
Awesome App with great support. You can actually call them and they speak English. The rates are generally the same or better than Shopify for shipping.
Greetings.....This will be my easiest review for 2024. SHOPIFY absolutely rocks. Their customer support is exceptional, their platform is clean and efficient. Very user friendly and simple to add products and shipping methods.
If you are on the fence on selecting a platform for your company, I will save you time and effort trying to decide. Go with SHOPIFY.
This app has been billing me for years and I can't get them to stop. I've even tried cancelling my credit card but because it's linked through Shopify they are able to bill the new card number somehow. Do not download this app or do their free trial. You'll be committed for life.

There are a few connectivity issues that should be fixed but other than that we are super happy we switched from Shippo to Ship Station. Love the added functionality and most of the scale integration. Has improved our shipping efficiency tremendously!

Horrible app, took our money for using our own courier without notifying us. VERY DODGY! Aussie's steer clear of this one!

Buyer beware! I am on a trial acct still and its been a terrible experience-They charged me for my last 2 labels over & over again by saying I needed more & more funds and kept charging my credit card-but even though they charged me for 1 label 3 times in funds-I never received the label-I am unable to print any labels-there was not actual label or tracking created and yet they charged me 3 times for this label and then the same thing happened with another label rt after that-they currently owe me a refund of $221.08
You cannot get a human on the phone & I opened a "case" 2 days ago and no reply or refund so I will have to pursue thru credit card company. It's really bad-they charge you all sorts of charges for labels you never get & then try to get the refunds when it was their fault. Not ok -Stay far far away.

Been using shipstation for years with other platforms. Finally moved over to Shopify and the transition was seamless.
Now if only Shopify's integration with Fedex would be as good as Shipstations ;)
