Good... when it works.
We constantly have issues due to updates. They change things that dont work as well for us, then we have to change how we process our orders.
Right now, our orders will not even import to ShipStation and they can't tell us why.
I use this app to manage my inventory in 6 marketplaces. As long as it is working and uploading tracking and counting things correctly it is ok, but if you have a problem and need support then they hang you out to dry. ZERO customer service and problem solving. We used to have Stitch labs and it was expensive, so you get what you pay for with Sellbrite. They need to have customer support on chat. We are a pretty big seller and need better support
We made the call to switch to ShipStation when drop shipping use to take up half of our day. Not only have we seen a severe decline in the daily hours needed to ship our products, but we know that as we grow, ShipStation has our back.
Decided to try it for 30-days since I was busy with the shop... so glad I did! Super easy, takes minutes to ship orders once you set up your system, love how you can set "hot keys" for common orders.. takes me about 2 minutes to ship orders -literally as opposed to 10-20 minutes. Really like how you print label and print slip. Easiest and best tool!! A+++
I have been a loyal Shipstation user for almost 3 years now. Recently, all the features that I loved about Shipstation stopped working correctly. The main features I used from these app was to process my Shopify orders through Amazon Multichannel Fulfilment but recently it stopped moving the orders to Shipped Status leaving it in pending fulfillment never uploading the tracking numbers. I see many others complaining about this problem also. I now have 100's of customers emailing me every week asking for their tracking numbers because Shipstation is no longer functioning correctly.
Now this app sucks and creates more work for me that it would be for me to process my orders without this software! Like I said it used to be great but recently the features I used it for stopped working correctly.
I contacted customer support, it has been over a week now since I contacted them about my issue and it has still not been fixed. They told me that the escalated my claim to a developer and that it will take a while for them to get back to me with no ETA on when this could be fixed, which is just great! I don't have a long time to wait, I need to process my customer's orders NOW! Not in a few weeks... Plus in the meantime they want me to continue to pay for their app while it doesn't even work properly for me.
I will be finding a new way to handle all my shipments my moving forward because I need a company that cares about me and my customers.
I honestly can not say enough positive things about Shipstation and how it really has enabled me to increase my efficiency when it comes shipping out my products. I also love their UI and tracking elements, and again, their system is VERY easy for me to be able to streamline my shipping process.
I actually started out using Ordercup, and then switched over. There is NO comparison between the 2, Not to talk bad about them, but SS simply is a much more refined, easy to use, and simply more up-to-date system.
I also loved the fact that 3 days or so into my Trial, I received a call from Chris Gee on their Team, and he was just checking in to see how I was doing and if I had any questions, which I did. That in and of itself was nice, but what was better is I have built a great relationship with Chris and he does not mind it when I email him quick questions. That level of Customer Service for a online App is unheard of.

Saves me tons of time and money! Wish i had found ShipStation earlier! So great!
Easy install and we had a rep that proactively contacted us, walked us through the product, answered questions and even gave us an extra free month. The multipackage service alone was reason to switch from Shopify shipping. Eager to try the new UPS Saver service that's only available through Shipstation. Highly recommend!
We've been using ShipStation for a year now and have had no issues. Does exactly what we need. We were easily able to find the answers to any questions we had.
We have been Ship Station customers for years, and apart from being somewhat buggy we have never had any real problems.
We changed to a Shopify store a year ago, and I need to integrate Shopify with Ship Station.
Now, I realize why there are all these complaints about their customer service.
I have requested a call back from a tech support person on two occasions and it hasn't happened either time. The first time they actually made an appointment to call, but never did.
The second time they were supposed to email to set up an appointment. It has been a week and no email.
The support we have received via Live Chat has been good, but should there be a serious problem with integration, I have no confidence that I could ever reach a live person to resolve it.
When we started with Ship Station, we had an account manager who helped us set it up. Now, like every other tech company, they think its OK to skimp on live support to save money. Unfortunately for them, there are lots of other options available now, and we will be looking at alternatives.
