Great app. It makes managing orders from multiple stores much easier. It may take some time to set up and learn but afterwards almost everything runs on autopilot. Customer support is "available" but frustrating as reps usually don't understand what you are asking and just send canned responses. Many times their chat bot does a better job. I also don't like how inventory is kept internally only ...
Great tools, and great rep Stancey. She reached out personally and helped resolve some problems. Shipstation is a huge help however it is fairly difficult to setup all your automation rules. Once you set up your automation rules, then you are off to the races. Thank you.
ShipStation is easy to us, importing orders from multiple platforms. I also like that you can schedule free pick ups. Great tool for small business owners!
Chelly has been exceptional in assisting us with navigating ShipStation and setting up everything. Her support has significantly contributed to our positive experience with the platform.
We sell on multiple platforms and ShipStation makes it super easy for my assistant to come in and ship for me. She doesn't have to have any sign in info for Shopify.
I run multiple Shopify sites and having all the dispatch/shipping co-ordinated in one place makes my life so much easier.
Been using shipstation for years with other platforms. Finally moved over to Shopify and the transition was seamless.
Now if only Shopify's integration with Fedex would be as good as Shipstations ;)
Pretty horrible app, to say the least...
First off the app is EXTREMELY buggy. It only works when it wants to. What's worse, is there is no customer support for the bugs or for when the app inevitably overcharges you.
I have multiple support tickets that have sat unanswered for over a month each at this point. Do not expect any resolve from ShipStation. They do not care about you, or the issues ...
