Absolutely, unequivocally a 0 star experience. We are a former customer who used Shipstation for years through 2022, and attempted to reinitiate service 11/2024 with no success and ABSOLUTELY no assistance from Shipstation Support.

STAY AWAY. Not only is the app $30 a month, but it never works now.

I cannot tell you how many times over the past few months I have been at the post office to drop of shipments and I either was not able to open the app to access my scan sheet, or I was locked out of my account for 0 reason.

To make matters worse, their customer support is very bad. So not only did my packages get misshipped ...

Absolutely stay away unless you have no choice.

We pay $40 a month for this app and over the last 2 months it has been comically bad. Shipstation support is a joke. They are foolish, ignorant, and will waste your time with multiple basic responses that are as useless as asking if the computer is turned on... IYKYK. What seems to have started with the right foot forward, has turned to be a nightmare. The only reason I'm leaving a 1 star review is because I can't go lower. I'm on the paid version still on trial, and despite over a week of back and forth with not 1 but 3 support agents plus some others from Shopify, it seems no one can figure out why Shopify isn't connecting to ShipStation.

Worked great for a few days, bought several hundred dollars of labels and then ceased letting me add credit. Support told me to create a stamps.com account which is insane given that I don't want to pay two monthly fees for two accounts when ShipStation is owned by Stamps.com

The interface looks like 1998 and on top of that it doesnt sync your orders. Simple stuff like this that should work. They stole the $10/month subscription because I only downloaded it to use it on orders, and I simply do not see my orders.

Terrible integration with Shopify.
- If an order is edited (products change, address updated, notes added etc) that edit in Shopify does not flow over to Shipstation. So as a small business owner I need to make the edits twice.

Shipstation used to be amazing. It's still decent but lately they have had constant bugs, lag times, down times, stuff doesn't sync right. It's still worth the money but barely.

I've downgraded my 3 star review to 2 stars. Constant login issues. Every time they "upgrade or update" their system and/or platform, the issues seem to be worse.

This app will use to be great. It now crashes during each print attempt. You have to login and reset multiple times per day. Submitting tickets to directly to ship station results in fast responses but no results. This is no benefits to either party.

Learn how to print labels Stationstation and stop crashing. Stop releasing new UI's and focus on basics that improve time.
