We love ShipStation! Very user friendly, and has helped streamline our order fulfillment. Highly recommend.
One of the best apps any store owner HAS TO HAVE! Has saved me 80% of the time I spent on manually filling our shipping labels and lowered my shipping costs dramatically. If you aren't using ShipStation, you need to!
I would not recommend Shipstation due to their lack of technical support resources. The customer support reps do the best they can, however, when it comes to any issue that is slightly technical it can take weeks so find a solution.
Shipstation defaults to: "it's been escalated to senior support" — however we have yet have an issue resolved once it reaches this stage. At this stage there is no visibility or transparency to the status of the issue, or the time it which it will take to find a resolution.
Hands down the best shipping solution app for shopify. Quite possibly the best one on the internet, period. We sale on multiple channels; ebay, amazon, and even etsy and it syncs and works on all! I heard they are adding even more support for other sales channels (e.g. kickstarter/backerkit?!) too! that would be epic! I would suggest this to my business friends for sure. Keep it up.

We constantly have issues due to updates. They change things that dont work as well for us, then we have to change how we process our orders.
Right now, our orders will not even import to ShipStation and they can't tell us why.
ShipStation rocks. It saves a ton of time when it comes to shipping and fulfillment. It notifies our chef wear customer that there order is shipped along with tracking, and it allows us to quickly print and email labels for hassle free returns.
Saves my staff tons time. Well worth it if you ship many items a day.
I use this app to manage my inventory in 6 marketplaces. As long as it is working and uploading tracking and counting things correctly it is ok, but if you have a problem and need support then they hang you out to dry. ZERO customer service and problem solving. We used to have Stitch labs and it was expensive, so you get what you pay for with Sellbrite. They need to have customer support on chat. We are a pretty big seller and need better support
