I really enjoy the ease of use and what this thing actually does for my business. I can't imagine having a Shopify store without having Shipstation. Support is good, not as good as Shopify itself, but they get the job done. It's missing one feature I'd really like but other than that, it's a solid product that's customizable to your business.
The software glitched and charged me over $125 without ever providing a shipping label. I've been trying since January (5 months) to get this resolved, and they keep stringing me along, claiming they're 'working on this situation and investigating further'. It doesn't take 5 months to refund an overcharge, and they can figure out the glitch on their own time. That one overcharge more than cancelled out any savings provided by using the service. Now I have to go to the CC company and see about getting those charges reversed. Not worth it at all.
Hands down the best app on the store. I would go as far to say that this app should qualify as a Shopify basic. We would not be able to function without ShipStation and their amazing support team.

We were originally really happy with their services, but the customer service has been very poor and they seem to be very unresponsive. They removed the chat option, and now emails take forever. Our recent tickets have not been resolved or answered properly. Very disappointed!

This system is retarded, you have to manually go and refresh "update all stores" when orders come in to make sure the orders get pulled from Shopify and then pushed to FBA. The goal of having such is a system is to automate a process and not use manpower, but you still need manpower to update orders.
We use this app on every Shopify store we have. Works amazing!
I initially put in one star because of the issues we had connecting shopify with shipstation, the orders were not importing into shipstation and for months we didn't know what to do, talked with shipstation many times but nothing, until we contacted shopify to help us and that was the major turning point, the guys at shopify didn't settle until they fixed the issue and found us someone that does have great experience at shipstation, talk about a great great partners work :). What we found out is that on the checkout setting on shopify the automatically fulfill order lines item was checked that what created all issues.
We right now have connected shipstation with Jet, Wal-Mart, amazon (for FBM), ebay and finally shopify, all working pretty good.
What I like most about the whole thing is that the customer service for both shipstation and shopify when both worked together is 10 stars.

IT doesn't work efficiently with Shopify. If an order is fulfilled through Shopify it's still listed as waiting to be shipped in ShipSation. This adds a lot of manual tasks that need to be completed.
5 Stars! A must-have Shipping App. Complete, clear, customizable, and more important, reliable. With very useful filters and automation tools. It let you handle many shops and channels at the same time easily.
this app has so many issues if a customer buys more than one sku in the same order. The software doesn't look at the sku's individually but only sees it as a "Multiple item" order. So you have to setup all these tags and work arounds. Now we have more and mores sku's and orders we keep finding more and more issues. if you are a 1 sku company than 5 stars
