We're really enjoying the ease of connectivity with Ship Station and Shopify. We added extra capabilities with our WMS so we have no problems. Our account manager called, introduced herself, is available to us - it's pretty easy. Give their developers a bit of time to work on more features and it will stay the best solution.
This app seamlessly connects with our Shopify store without any issues. We have had no issues with this at all.

We've been using Shipstation for a few months now and we love how easy & intuitive the interface is. Zach Webb is our trial rep and he went above and beyond to answer questions or to help us even when our trial is over. We also got a great deal on shipping costs compared to doing it ourselves! Overall everything syncs nicely and smoothly between Shipstation to Shopify.
What would Fringe Sport do without ShipStation? Probably ship a lot slower, at higher cost, and with more stress!

ShipStation has been an amazing platform for our business. As our company is new to fulfillment, ShipStation made growing this side of our business extremely easy! The customer service is easy to reach, helpful, and very attentive!
I looked for a long time for a program like Shipstation. We were constantly making errors and awkwardly trying to ship, print packing slips, and usually missed several orders a week, and got many angry cancellations.
Shipstation communicates orders directly to me and to my fulfillment company. I check orders in the morning, see how various shipping methods have been automatically applied, I can change a shipping speed, add a note, add a colored label to indicate a rush, or hold an order if a customer has a last minute change. Order cancellations are easy, and done by the time the fulfillment company fills the orders at 8:30.
We make no more mistakes. I would recommend shipstation to anyone who does shipping of any size packages. The support is also friendly and thorough, with no attitude. There are also good videos for when you first begin.
I love using shipstation! It saves money on shipping and they have been incredibly helpful, whether it was for set up, answering questions or walking me through processes. What's even more amazing is they contact me to check up on me-- I've never called them!
