Fantastic app we use for our shopify ebay and etsy stores. Login via shipstation website and it also tracked inventory across all above platforms. Took a while to get used to and we spent hours with phone support and they were always there to help. Thank you now it saves us countless hours on creating labels, fulfilling orders, counting inventory, etc. Amazing!

We've been using ShipStation for a month now and it has changed the way we do order fulfillment. We can batch up shipping labels to send to our warehouse and send tracking numbers to our customers, all in just a few clicks. It's fantastic.

We're using this app for Wicked Good with great results. It's easy to set up. It saves us so much time, it's like having another person in shipping. I can print 100 pick tickets and shipping labels in 10 minutes. I also like that I can customize the tracking page, set up different profiles and customize tags and rules. It's powerful, but simple to set up and use. I also really like the end of the day batch report and option for the PO to scan from my phone vs having to print a report. This is a must-have app for any Shopify store.

We love ShipStation! It made our work so much easier. I like how customizable it is. It has it flaws and doesn’t work for all of our needs but it covers our fulfillment and it is more than great for us. Highly recommend!

I used to love this app but I just received notification my service was cancelled at my request.....I never requested this and now cannot get a hold of anyone to fix this. Im waiting for an email reply from a request 3 days ago....I have shipments that need to happen and I can get signed in to do so, or retrieve previous information on these shipments. Maybe someone will answer me on here

We use Shipstation for our several Shopify Stores and other integrations.
It works great for us decreasing time to fulfill the orders cross all our channels.

I found the app worked okay and didn't have any problems, but in the end I didn't find the extra cost and added steps to be worth it. Perhaps my volume wasn't high enough to see the benefits but I found just using Shopify's system to carry out my orders and arrange shipping to be easier and cheaper.

We were really liking this app until they did a flash move of our account to a new version without our permission. I'm ready to find a new provider now as they won't move us back or fix a critical feature (allocation tool) that we need for our operation to run smoothly. I have gotten zero updates from the company since bringing the issue to their attention 3 weeks ago. I'd avoid this app for now.
