I switched to shipstation about 6 months ago and wish we switched earlier! So user friendly and easy to navigate! Would highly recommend ShipSation. They're customer service is the best! They call you to make sure you are running smoothly and to see if you have any questions. Stancey is very helpful and glad she reached out!

Shipstation has really allowed us to optimize our e-commerce shipping workflow. The tool is robust, and the user interface is easy to navigate. Support has also been great!
Customer service was really helpful and the tool is excellent in automating our daily shipping/fulfillment system.
The assimilation between ShipStation and Shopify has been ideal! With our intricate system of rules, it's been nearly effortless to create exactly what we needed. You feel as if the ShipStation team is literally right there with you if you need cordial guidance and help. It's a wondrous thing to have their tech team within reach with just a call!

I just downloaded this app. I will update my review once I had a chance to use this app more. People need to be aware, especially if they are just starting out like myself and money is tight. The free option is not a free option. It says upto 25 monthly shipments for no fee. But, when signing up, you MUST pick a fee option, because the free option has disappeared. It makes it frusterating because you spend some time getting it set up, and blam, smaked is the face without it.

There have been near-flawless interactions. It has cut down on shipping costs and errors. The only issue I have is with claims. They always need to be approved, which is complex and rare.
This must be the worst app I've ever seen. The support is so useless they always blame it on you instead of fixing the app or give you "possible reasons" with no solutions or they ignore you completely. The app has so many issues from not importing discounts, wrong custom invoices not matching the order totals, not dispatching the orders, have to update the platforms manually etc etc . Absolute disgusting!
