Slow Slow Slow Slow Slow Slow. HUGE productivity killer... If they would fix this I would give it 5 stars.

The app doesn't put import/export data for international shipments: hts code, values, etc. It is causes problems, because they ignored it. It is in their api and simple to include. There is no reason to leave it out. It reduces the value of the the app and service.

I'm done with this app. I've tried to resolve this several times with Shipstation support, but they tell me it's "working as intended." Here are my issues...
1) When I change an order's address in Shopify, the change in address doesn't import into shipstation. I've sent items to the wrong address many times because of this.

I used to be very happy with ShipStation.
HOWEVER - if you ever need help - their support is beyond useless.
I had an issue with shipping using DHL where it kept saying that I have insufficient funds with an error code.

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING WITH THE NEW LAYOUT. I HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM FOR MONTHS NOT TO SWITCH.. NOW WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW SOFTWARE. WHAT A SHAME.

We've shipped 5,350 orders using this terrible software and this is our review. I write this review as we currently have 250+ orders that need to be shipped. We have countless upset customers emailing us to inquire about their late and unreceived orders. We haven't been able to bulk ship orders because Shipstation's software is down. USPS altered their shipping services 11 days ago on July 9th. ...

A decent system overall but have an issue? Going on our 7th business days as of now to fix ONE issue that I also had to previously have them fix. Customer support is non-existent when you need anything done FAST. No phone support. Only chat which is a waste of time. And email response very 2-3 business days.

Sadly, we have to leave the product. If you have a lot of volume, this is not a good app for you. No matter what we do, tracking information is not sent to our customers nor does it update the shopify order with the tracking information. So we end up fielding calls and questions from angry customers wanting to know where their shipping information is.

We have been using Shipstation for over 5 years with great success and have even recommended it to anyone that asked... Unfortunately, they just made some updates that broke their system... Need to update an address or an order in shopify? That update might not make it to shipstation... ever. I tried reaching out to their support team, and they did reply and saw the problems, but they just blame ...

ShipStation used to be one of the best alternatives used them for many years now with literally no customer suppport, they are nearly unusable. Major intergration issues... buyer beware!
