ShipStation

We love ShipStation! We had been using several other shipping programs and ShipStation is the far superior program. We are able to ship more orders, much faster, and with less errors. Not to mention, the customer services is awesome and the interface is so much more aesthetically pleasing. The only complaint we have had is that there is no way to schedule shipping notifications to be sent later (and not right when the label is created). If ShipStation could implement this, it would be so great!

Sell from multiple channels? If so, it's a must. Has streamlined our fulfillment process saving much needed time and money.

I've found ShipStation to be very reliable and basically easy to use. I'm using it to ship orders from Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon, plus manual orders. I ship within the USA and internationally. ShipStation has tools that I haven't even used yet, so I know there are capabilities that I haven't explored. I have the most difficulty setting up the rules and automation to do exactly what I want, but I'm probably doing something wrong. ShipStation does save me time and it automates communication to customers. This software has made it easy to track down lost packages too.

Shipstation user of over 7 years and couldn't imagine doing business without them! Excellent customer service, and the platform offers tons of intuitive, useful capabilities that make everything run more smoothly!

Big fan of ShipStation.

It integrates easily with everything we need (Shopify, Stitch Labs, Printer, etc) and can be customized to automate specific package details if you want it to.

The reports it can run are super helpful such as easily comparing the shipping we're charging customers vs. our actual shipping costs.

Also appreciate that it gives us access to commercial shipping rates on USPS. Would definitely recommend!

I have been consistently blown way by the level of support and care that ShipStation gives to us. We aren't exactly a big store, but they treat us as if we're a multi-national enterprise. The solution is great as well, but being able to work with such kind and knowledgable people has been a godsend in getting our e-commerce business up and running.

Looking forward to many more fruitful years with the SS team! Keep crushing it!
