As a small business startup, navigating shipping platforms can be overwhelming, but Joey from ShipStation made it a breeze! He took the time to explain everything in detail and even sent me helpful videos. His exceptional support went above and beyond my expectations. Joey truly restored my faith that there are still good people out there providing amazing customer service. I highly recommend Joey and the ShipStation app for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution!
Great app for shipping and keeping track of orders and shipments, especially if you own stores in different platforms
WORST customer service. Shipstation worked great till they switched to Parcel Guard. They ended up costing us thousands of dollars in damages for one shipment. We have double automatic insurance rules on our account, but what they don't advertise is that if you ship more than one package in a shipment, they automatically turn off your insurance. Been back and forth with customer service for months over the issue. Cancelled our account because of how much money we lost. Said they were going to give us a refund, went silent for weeks, stopped responding to our emails then a new support person popped back in after we cancelled and said sorry to see you go and no refund.

The integration is straight-forward but lacks the ability to configure it to specific needs. For example, we operate a warehouse that both ships and provides for local pickup. The integration will not import anything without a shipping address, so we can't use it for operations (only shipping). Additionally, the frequency of sync is variable. It is fast in the morning, but slow in the afternoon (busy time). You can manually sync, but again that isn't a good operational solution.

ShipStation is so easy to use. It walks you completely through the process of shipping your package. It sends notification about upcoming changes to carrier pricing, and services.
It also gives you Shipping analytics which is very helpful.
OK, it's time to leave a review as we've been using ShipStation for a few years now.
The fact is that ShipStation is so much better than any other competitor in the space! Seriously - I've tried tons of other apps just in case, and they all fall far short of the functionality and usability of ShipStation. From automations to every day order management, it's just easier in ShipStation.
I've integrated all of our selling channels - Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay ... and they all work really well.
Sure, there are issues sometimes - every software has issues - but as a small business with only 2 users, we STILL get an actual support rep to help us with issues. Pretty amazing, really.
I love how easy it is to use USB scales and label printers too - that saves us a ton of time. Sometimes we have to restart the ShipStation client to fix an issue, but it works 99% of the time with no issue and is usually one click to weigh or print labels.
TikTok Shop integration is absolutely amazing! It updates quickly which is so important as TikTok Shop wants us to ship super fast - so any delays are a no-go. The app works seamlessly and doesn't require any difficult configurations, providing API keys, managing things in a separate platform, etc. It just works and is SO welcome!
ShipStation just makes our small business run better. With hundreds of orders a month, there's no way we could do things without it.
ShipStation has revolutionized our operations, enabling us to rapidly scale our direct-to-consumer channel. Their platform is powerful, fast, and highly scalable.
I will update my review if the support team has a resolution for printing more than 20 labels at a time. If we print more it will skip or miss orders. we called and they sent documents for us to read regarding our printer.
