Love this app, saves a ton of time and gives us the felxibilty to find the best option for shipping our products.

This app has changed my business for the better. Thanks to ShipStation, I have now incorporated all of my orders from Shopify, eBay and Amazon into one shipping platform. With ShipStation, I have also created very professional and uniform (same product description regardless of marketplace) packing slips to include with each shipment. Its very easy to customize the templates as needed. For instance, my packing slips for eBay orders has a note asking for a 5-star review specific to eBays detailed seller ratings.

Great app. Easy to install and configure and makes our fulfillment workflow much simpler. Friendly and helpful service as well.

When it is working fine, it is a treat to use. Integration with our Shopify store is a must, and it usually work great. Lots of features and integrations with carriers. Structurally, I have little to complain about. However, the app is glitchy sometimes. Various pieces stop working for short periods of time, although their "uptime meter" claims everything is A-OK. More importantly, however, their service has been getting sloooooooow. I've had 2 tickets open for days, and nobody has helped me yet. One of the tickets is essential to our business to be tended to immediately, yet... crickets. The service was always a bit lacking, but by this point they badly need more support staff.

This app has really streamlined and improved our shipping and fulfillment process. I can't believe I used to manually create shipping labels in USPS, UPS, and FedEx before using ShipStation. Works great for pushing orders to Fulfillment by Amazon when we need to use that service. Happy with everything about this app!

Our company has gone through many different third party shipping programs and I can say that we are very happy with ShipStation. Not only is ShipStation easy and friendly to use, but it saves us so much time in shipping high volume of orders. I personally love the fact that it's so organized. It definitely helps us get through each day processing orders a lot faster than before. We are highly satisfied with ShipStation. :)

I've been really happy with ShipStation so far for my small business. It was immensely helpful during the busy holiday season being able to batch process and prepare orders to ship. As I add more product lines in the new year I can only see this app becoming more and more useful to my business.

We use this app for all of your shipping needs in the US. Very easy to use. I highly recommend. The installation is easy. Customer service is excellent although a bit slow at times. Overall a great company to work with.
