ShipStation

With its recent updates, quantities are not imported from Shopify and thus return labels cannot be created. It's frustrating and there is no apparent fix!

When I've needed it, the telephone support (in Aus) has been excellent.

ShipStation is easy to use affordable and if you have a question which happens twice a year someone always picks up the phone.

I like the way you can select your prefer carrier. Differentiate between residential and commercial address.

I have saved so much money moving over to Shipstation. Their account managers have help me to save even more by helping to optimize my shipping processes. Its not just an app, its a whole team to support your business

After my review Justin B. Replied from Shipstation on April 23rd they said they would escalate the problem it's now May 6th and still no response. For some reason Fedex does not work and they can't seem to fix the problem.
