For the most part it all works fine. There have been some automatic updates that have caused our local pickup orders to stop being visible in Shipstation for our shipper to fulfill. This is after 10+ years of no issues. I have not been able to get that resolved.
Overall we have had a good experience, but little things like this impact how we function.

We have used Shipstation for many years and find it suits our situation well. The integration with Shopify works fine, we have no problem and its always connected. The staff are really good and helpful. The staff response has improved heaps.

ShipStation so far (2 years in) has been decent. The only issue I have is why does an order made in Shopify takes hours to pop up in ShipStation? But other than that I have no complaints. I will be sure to update as the time expands.

User for 8+ years. Shipstation is powerful, but a bit buggy, with occasional small issues to fix. That said they are clearly committed to constant improvement, and consistently are making upgrades and improvements. Support is responsive, I had a tier problem that really frustrated me but to their credit they fixed it. I am continuing forward with SS as a result of that.

There have been near-flawless interactions. It has cut down on shipping costs and errors. The only issue I have is with claims. They always need to be approved, which is complex and rare.
There are a few connectivity issues that should be fixed but other than that we are super happy we switched from Shippo to Ship Station. Love the added functionality and most of the scale integration. Has improved our shipping efficiency tremendously!
We've been using ShipStation for several years and the integration with Shopify is seamless. The app has robust features that scale easily based off the size of your business. It is easy to comparing shipping rates for companies like USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. The automation tools are robust and allow for ease when customizing a specific workflow down the employee level. After 6 years of using this product our only complaint is that users are still not able to automate package sets on shipments with multiple packages.
All options are not provided each time. Shipstation at times does not provide all the information needed like previous order information or ship by information to be printed on invoices
Very easy to set up and train people quickly. The Integration into Shopify was very quick and simple and has no down time.
