We’ve been using Shipstation for a few years, and it completely changed our order fulfillment process. We’re an omni-channel ecommerce business and the ability to see all our orders from the different selling channels in one place allowed us to streamline our processes and improve our order fulfillment timelines. It also allows us to offer multiple shipping options to our customers without having to change the process of how we create and print the labels. 10/10 would recommend for any small business looking to fulfill orders more efficiently!
ShipStation works and integrate very easily with our Shopify store. It simplifies the eCommerce system. Orders are automatically pulled for shipping cost comparison, tracking & customers notification, all updated in the blink of moments. Can't imagine operating a small business without shipstation tools! It's a necessity!! It is 5* rated tool except the fact that the monthly subscription charges should have included customer service as and when required. Reaching tech support a twisted hassle, raising tickets and waiting. Hope they can include tech support as part of every package for +5* rating.
I used another competitor before trying Shipstation. We were having trouble with the competitor's automations not working consistently. We're a small biz (6 figs rev) and so we really just needed the basics to work. After trying Shipstation, the time we saved with automations working perfectly, every time, was huge. No question, we love the product and will continue to be a customer.
ShipStation is easy to use and really streamlines my shipping process. I love the fact that I can create shipping presets, so whenever a customer selects their shipping option at checkout, ShipStation already knows what carrier and shipping option to use. It's as easy as selecting my orders and hitting print. ShipStation has so many options to customize your shipping process it should work for literally any Shopify store out there!
Great all around integration, we have no import or tracking update issues in the two years we have been using Shopify and Shipstation. Customer service with Shipstation is invaluable with new packing slips and report export questions we find useful all year. Shopify would not be as productive or fun for that matter without the two together.
ShipStation is one of the best shipping software you could find in the market. We use it on a daily basis, works very well with Shopify stores. With the scan / verify feature, we reduce our mis-ship rate gradually. Will definitely recommend to all Shopify users.
We're really enjoying the ease of connectivity with Ship Station and Shopify. We added extra capabilities with our WMS so we have no problems. Our account manager called, introduced herself, is available to us - it's pretty easy. Give their developers a bit of time to work on more features and it will stay the best solution.
Shipstation has been great for our ability to create labels and group our shipments into seamless batches. Has not given us issues that we can't solve as our business grows which is very helpful. I recommend for smaller 3PL operations that are starting to scale upwards and need to efficiently manage the order volumes and complexities that go with growth.
After the initial call with the rep Michael Byrd, we gave it a try. He guided us into how to make things go super smooth, and we are very very happy with the last two months. We used to print and do all the labeling ourselves from copying the address onto an address label sheet, printing it, putting on the package, going to the USPS for hours at a time sometimes, and now we click a few buttons, slap it on the package, and it gets picked up. SO MUCH BETTER!
We have used Shipstation for many years now. They have recently revamped their customer service department and have been very helpful with setting up automation and integration with our Shopify page. One of the best shipping solutions in the market
