There are a few connectivity issues that should be fixed but other than that we are super happy we switched from Shippo to Ship Station. Love the added functionality and most of the scale integration. Has improved our shipping efficiency tremendously!
I just downloaded this app. I will update my review once I had a chance to use this app more. People need to be aware, especially if they are just starting out like myself and money is tight. The free option is not a free option. It says upto 25 monthly shipments for no fee. But, when signing up, you MUST pick a fee option, because the free option has disappeared. It makes it frusterating because you spend some time getting it set up, and blam, smaked is the face without it.

Great app. It makes managing orders from multiple stores much easier. It may take some time to set up and learn but afterwards almost everything runs on autopilot. Customer support is "available" but frustrating as reps usually don't understand what you are asking and just send canned responses. Many times their chat bot does a better job. I also don't like how inventory is kept internally only and not synced with the marketplaces. Anyway, I would still recommend this app to any business that has more than 1 store and/or many orders to process daily.
Horrible app, took our money for using our own courier without notifying us. VERY DODGY! Aussie's steer clear of this one!

Buyer beware! I am on a trial acct still and its been a terrible experience-They charged me for my last 2 labels over & over again by saying I needed more & more funds and kept charging my credit card-but even though they charged me for 1 label 3 times in funds-I never received the label-I am unable to print any labels-there was not actual label or tracking created and yet they charged me 3 times for this label and then the same thing happened with another label rt after that-they currently owe me a refund of $221.08
You cannot get a human on the phone & I opened a "case" 2 days ago and no reply or refund so I will have to pursue thru credit card company. It's really bad-they charge you all sorts of charges for labels you never get & then try to get the refunds when it was their fault. Not ok -Stay far far away.

I like the way you can select your prefer carrier. Differentiate between residential and commercial address.
Customer service was really helpful and the tool is excellent in automating our daily shipping/fulfillment system.
I've found the people at ShipStation to be attentive and great to work with. It's a good product.
