ShipStation makes our fulfilment a breeze! The interface is clear and simple, yet powerful. The automation features have really come in handy. It helps automatically enter shipping parameters like automatically bypassing local pickup orders, automatically configuring shipment signatures based on order value, or automatically loading settings based on order item presets. It has been super reliable, definitely would recommend.

I've had less than satisfactory results with Shipstation. It takes a long time for the program to enter and have high-speed Internet. The user interface is less than intuitive. Overall I think there has to be a better way, I just haven't found it yet.

10/10 would recommend for anyones shipping needs !

If you are shipping a few orders a month ShipStation might be good. However, if there is an issue, even a small one that can be solved with a few lines of code, Ship Station will not care and will not help you with anything.

IT doesn't work efficiently with Shopify. If an order is fulfilled through Shopify it's still listed as waiting to be shipped in ShipSation. This adds a lot of manual tasks that need to be completed.

this app has so many issues if a customer buys more than one sku in the same order. The software doesn't look at the sku's individually but only sees it as a "Multiple item" order. So you have to setup all these tags and work arounds. Now we have more and mores sku's and orders we keep finding more and more issues. if you are a 1 sku company than 5 stars

Terrible app. We often have issues with orders not uploading. ShipStation Support can take days to begin investigating issue. Huge headache!

Excellent Customer Service. Awesome App!. I LOVE IT! The best and look no further. Has Mobile on the go, has Inventory management, has shipping calculator to compare the various rates immediately, very robust, ease of use, fast and efficient. Why didn't I use this app earlier, I could've saved myself lost time instead of using the other horrible major Shipping app competitor.

I emailed the company directly requesting that Kevin Rae to contact me because Endicia.com referred me to him. In 1 hour, I got a call back from Kevin. I'm impressed that this company forward my email to him and not assign it to whomever.

Kevin took the time to help me setup, navigate and educate me on everything. I was up and running immediately. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Kevin exudes outstanding Customer Service. This is very important when shopping around and using certain apps.
