ShipStation has been one of the best decisions I have made, It has cut my order filling time in half. Between the batch printing of labels, Packing slips and automatically sending customer shipping notices it just cannot be beat, Very reasonably priced and the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!

Shopify has made our business run so much smoother. One of my favorite features is how you can write notes about each shipment. We do a lot of personalization for our customers, so it is so helpful to be able to note which step each order is on. Being able to add in manual orders has been great. It is very well organized, I have zero complaints.

We have tried a lot of so call shipping programs out there and this one is by far the best one for what we do. And best of all, it works great with all our web stores, over 5. Customer service is wonderful. Fast turnaround. Thank you ShipStation.

ShipStation is the perfect solution to our shipping needs. In less than 10 minutes, we had set up our USPS carrier and were off printing labels and getting our orders out the door. The reporting is excellent and the interface is intuitive and easy to learn.

At first I had issues printing to my Zebra LP2844 via OSX and Shipstation. I left a poor review due to these frustrations, but after Shipstation contacted me, I was able to resolve the issue, which had to do with subpar Zebra drivers. Not too surprising since they do not support OSX. I bit the bullet and bought a DYMO printer which works perfectly.

Of all the Shopify apps I have tried, this is the most valuable and useful I have found. It looks great and the interface is intuitive. It has plenty of integrations with shipping accounts and insurance providers. Here and there I run into something that is not obvious how to change or is lacking, but I get an explanation as to how to do what I want or a logical reason why it isn't possible from support.

I don't want to even think about how chaotic fulfilling orders would be without an app like Shipstation and I think they pull it off better than the alternative that I tried previously.

I love ship station! It is super organized, easy to learn, and easy to navigate. They are also constantly improving things. Totally worth it! Wish i had switched sooner!

I've been very happy with this app. It is much better than the apps on offer and provides the flexibility to make my shipping needs routine.

Oh... I should also add, my labor expenses to ship have probably been cut by 80%. It used to take me 5-6 hours with multiple people to ship out our weekly orders and now it only takes one to two with fewer people.

I can't say enough about ShipStation! We started using it 2 months ago and it has cut my shipping time by 2/3. Our customers love the fulfillment email with tracking and order details. This also makes international shipping a breeze, so we have opened int'l shipping again. They now have Fedex and UPS as well, which is great for our wholesale store. Just a great app all around. I have worked with Byron on a few occasions when I needed assistance and he has been very helpful and always responds promptly. Def worth it - thanks ShipStation!

We LOVE ship station! It is so easy to use makes shipping so simple. The customer service is incredible and they always get back to us in a matter of minutes. I don't know what we would do without ship station!
